​Mediumship Sessions:​
Cancellation Policy:

48 Hours or More Notice: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session will receive a full refund.

24 to 48 Hours’ Notice: Cancellations within this window will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session is non-refundable.

No-Shows: Failing to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the full session fee.
Rescheduling Policy:
Advance Notice: Clients may reschedule their session once, provided at least 48 hours' notice is given.

Refunds Policy:
Completed Sessions/Dissatisfaction: No refunds are provided for completed sessions, regardless of client dissatisfaction if not discussed and agreed upon by Jennifer Brazier during that recorded session.

Events:
Fee Payment Policy:
Downpayment of 50% will be required within 2 weeks of event. All remaining fees are to be paid in full at the event. Host is responsible for gathering money for their event. Jennifer will work with you if you prefer to pay in installments.

â—¦ I acknowledge that Jennifer Brazier does not guarantee specific outcomes or connections.
Not a Substitute for Professional Advice:
â—¦ I recognize that mediumship sessions are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
◦ I agree not to base any significant decisions solely on the information provided by Jennifer Brazier during our session together.​
​Emotional Well-being:
â—¦ I am aware that the session may evoke emotional responses.
◦ I confirm that I am emotionally prepared to participate and will seek appropriate support if needed.​

Confidentiality:
â—¦ I understand that Jennifer Brazier will maintain confidentiality regarding the content of the session, except as required by law.
â—¦ I agree not to record the session without prior consent from Jennifer Brazier.

Voluntary Participation:
◦ I confirm that my participation in the session is voluntary and that I may withdraw at any time.​

Release of Liability:
â—¦ I release the practitioner from any liability for decisions I make based on the session.
â—¦ I am waving any claims against Jennifer Brazier for any emotional distress or other issues arising from the session.
Host Terms and Agreements:​
Host is (1) one specific person which maintains communication with Jennifer Brazier via email, text or phone calls.

Provides address date and time of event

Travel is confirmed prior to the event with Jennifer - Effective Jan. 1, 2025, the standard mileage rate set by the IRS 70 cents per mile.

Flyer of event is created upon request only

Communicates approximate total of participants

Collects payment prior to the Jennifer Brazier arrival.

Ensure all participants understand it is a mediumship event.

Ensure all participants have a comfortable place to sit.

Food and drink are always suggested

Awareness that Alcohol can affect those participating emotionally

Ensures all animals are contained

All small children are supervised away from the area of the event

No burning candles, air fresheners or heavily perfume – it affects Jennifer Brazier
Respectful Environment: All participants are expected to uphold a space of mutual respect, compassion, and openness.​
Age Requirement: Attendees must be 18 years or older. Minors may participate only with prior approval and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Confidentiality & Privacy Safe Sharing: Personal experiences and messages shared during the event are confidential. Participants should not disclose others' experiences outside the group.
Recording Policy: Recording of the session is prohibited unless explicit permission is granted by Jennifer Brazier and all the participants.​
No Guarantees: While Jennifer Brazier will strive to connect with the spirit world, specific outcomes or connections cannot be guaranteed.
Message Content: Messages may not always align with personal expectations but are shared as received from the spirit realm.​
